The contact form uses your name, email address, service selection and project details to respond to your enquiry. Do not include sensitive information or login credentials.

How messages are processed

The form collects your name, email address, service selection, project details and page language so Khaled can respond. Cloudflare hosts the website and verifies submissions with Turnstile. Resend sends the enquiry to [email protected], hosted by Zoho. Message content is not stored in WordPress or the form’s D1 database. Do not include sensitive information or login credentials.

Spam prevention and technical records

The server validates submissions and limits attempts. The form stores keyed hashes of request identifiers, submission data and the connecting IP address, together with delivery status, timestamps and a provider message identifier, to limit abuse and duplicate delivery. Request records have a 48-hour expiry; expired records are removed in limited batches when later submissions are admitted. Rate-limit counters can have expiry times up to 35 days. Expiry does not guarantee immediate deletion.

Messages and service providers

Email copies and provider logs are separate from the form’s technical records. Their retention depends on the relevant service and mailbox settings; this page does not promise a fixed deletion period. The form does not send automatic replies to visitors or enable email open or click tracking. Cloudflare Web Analytics may be blocked by your browser without preventing access to the page.
